VTest Whistleblowing Policy
1. Our Commitment to Exam Integrity
VTest maintains the highest standards of fairness, security, and integrity across all its assessments.
We take all reports of suspected wrongdoing seriously and have established a clear and confidential whistleblowing process to ensure that concerns related to exam security, malpractice, or other forms of serious misconduct can be raised safely and responsibly.
This policy is designed to encourage candidates and other stakeholders to report genuine concerns about unethical, improper, or dishonest behavior without fear of intimidation, retaliation, or disadvantage. Reporting concerns helps protect the value of VTest results and supports a fair and trustworthy testing experience for everyone.
2. What Can be Reported
You may use the VTest whistleblowing process to report actual, suspected, or anticipated (where there is a reasonable belief that a breach may occur) malpractice, including but not limited to:
- Cheating or attempts to gain an unfair advantage
- Impersonation or identity fraud
- Use of unauthorized materials or assistance
- Breaches of exam security
- Misconduct by candidates, test center staff, or other parties involved in the exam process
This process should only be used for reporting exam security or integrity concerns. For general inquiries or complaints, please use the appropriate VTest support channels.
3. How the Whistleblowing Process Works
All whistleblowing reports submitted to VTest are handled through a structured review process:
- Submission of a report
Once a concern is submitted, it is securely and confidentially forwarded to the appropriate VTest team. - Initial review
The team reviews the information provided to assess the nature, severity, and credibility of the concern. If the concern does not meet the threshold for investigation (for example, due to insufficient information or relevance), the process may end at this stage. VTest is not able to provide feedback on all submissions. - Investigation (if required)
Where appropriate, an investigation will be carried out. This may involve contacting Test Centers or individuals, reviewing exam data, recordings, logs, or other relevant evidence. - Decision and action
A final decision will be made, and any necessary actions will be taken. Due to the sensitive nature of these matters, the whistleblower may or may not be informed of the outcome. If additional information is required, VTest may contact you directly, provided you have submitted your report with your name and contact details.
4. Protection and Confidentiality
VTest is committed to protecting anyone who raises a genuine concern in good faith from retaliation, victimization, or unfair treatment.
- You may choose to submit a report anonymously.
- Providing your contact details is optional but may help VTest investigate the matter more effectively.
- All reports are handled in accordance with VTest’s data protection and confidentiality obligations.
5. How to Submit a Whistleblowing Report
To report a concern, please complete the VTest Whistleblowing Form and provide as much clear and accurate information as possible. All information should be factual and submitted in good faith.
6. Final Note
VTest values the trust placed in its assessments by candidates, institutions, and stakeholders worldwide. By reporting concerns responsibly, you help protect the integrity, credibility, and fairness of VTest results.
Thank you for taking the time to raise your concern.
